Located at the heart of the city, it's a quick walk to the central plaza. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and cozy, with a helpful staff. Breakfast is served at a nearby café, with excellent service and delicious options. the rooms feature free wi-fi and A/C, offering a comfortable stay.
There seems to be a lack of clear instructions for parking, making it difficult to access the hotel.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at a centrally located hotel in Canelli. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There was enough space for our luggage, and we were provided with a secure and free parking lot nearby. the hotel's restaurant had a good selection of food and we were served with great hospitality. the breakfast spread provided more than enough choices.

Spent Xmas here and the rooms were spacious, cozy and well-decorated. The breakfast was served in the adjoining café with excellent service provided by friendly staff. The hotel was located in the center of a town that didn't have many tourists, making it a perfect getaway spot. They even had free wifi and A/C in the room, which was a bonus!
The absence of clear instructions to get to the hotel and parking was a big letdown, especially with the newly introduced one-way system, making it difficult to navigate around the area. , the lack of amenities such as a safe in the room was a concern, but the hotel made up for it with its period Italian charm and helpful staff.
